Supply Chain Manager – Retail Display / Manufacturing

Are you a commercially astute Supply Chain Manager with a passion for driving efficiency and quality in global production? We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and optimisation of a global supply chain for turnkey retail display equipment and components across metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape sourcing strategy, build supplier partnerships, and ensure that materials and finished goods are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

? What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Supplier Development – Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for complete retail display solutions and individual components.

Supply Chain Optimisation – Work with estimating and project teams to develop sourcing strategies that reduce cost, improve quality, and ensure continuity.

Cost Management & Negotiation – Lead commercial negotiations, analyse cost structures, and secure competitive pricing and terms.

*

Quality & Compliance – Partner with QA teams to ensure suppliers meet specifications, sustainability standards, and compliance requirements.

*

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align sourcing strategies with design, engineering, and operations teams to support new product development and delivery.

*

Market Intelligence & Risk Management – Track material and manufacturing trends, manage risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply continuity.

? What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within retail display, furniture, or fixtures.

Strong understanding of metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print manufacturing processes.

*

Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.

*

Confident managing international supplier networks across multiple regions.

*

Proficient in ERP systems and sourcing tools.

*

Willingness to travel internationally.
