Fabric Engineer - Bristol - Ongoing - FM Service Provider - £20 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Bristol. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work/Salary

£20 p/h
Monday - Friday 
8am - 5pm
Starting ASAP 
Covering 2 buildings. 

Key duties & Responsibilities

Painting & Decorating
Changing locks
Basic Plumbing duties
Basic Electrical duties
Bulb changes
General Building maintenance 
Requirements

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance 
DBS Clearance
Good communication skills
UK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )
Health & Safety experience
Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
