A long-established regional contractor with an excellent reputation is looking for a Site Manager to deliver new build social housing schemes across Yorkshire.

You'll be joining a supportive and well-structured team delivering high-quality housing in partnership with housing associations and local authorities. Projects are typically traditional build with good subcontractor relationships already in place.

✅ What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing social housing or affordable housing projects

Strong site leadership - keeping quality, safety, and programme on track

A background with stable employment history

Ability to manage trades effectively and keep the site running smoothly

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as a minimum
