Ecommerce Executive

Start ASAPWe're looking for a driven and curious Ecommerce Executive to join a fast-growing, customer-focused business within the UK home improvement sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early-to-mid level ecommerce experience who wants to make a tangible impact on digital performance, customer experience, and online growth.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of new product launches across multiple websites, improving onsite merchandising, and helping to optimise the customer journey to drive conversion and engagement.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the launch of new products across three ecommerce websites

Assisting with product merchandising to improve navigation, discovery and sales

Making recommendations across UX and SEO to enhance performance and rankings

Conducting competitor research and market analysis

Creating wireframes and contributing to website improvements

Analysing performance data and reporting on key metrics

Supporting and running A/B tests and personalisation initiatives to improve conversion and engagement

Working closely with Product, Marketing, IT and external agencies to improve the online experience

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an Ecommerce role (ideally using a CMS such as Shopify)

Experience or exposure to A/B testing and experimentation

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Adobe Suite

A good understanding of SEO, UX and CRO principles

A data-driven mindset with a genuine interest in optimisation

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

A proactive, inquisitive approach with a desire to learn and develop

Ideally degree educated in Marketing, Business, or a related field
