Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pension Administrator or Investment Administrator to join a reputable Chartered Financial Planning firm in Hailsham. This is a varied and rewarding role offering long-term career growth, structured training, and professional development support.

Overview

As a Pension and Investment Administrator & Researcher, you’ll provide vital administrative and research support to Financial Planners, ensuring exceptional client service and accurate, compliant delivery across pensions and investments.

Key Responsibilities

* Pension Administration: Process pension transfers, drawdowns, and retirements. Maintain accurate client and provider records.

* Investment Administration: Manage ISA, GIA, and SIPP cases, prepare valuations, and complete fund switches and rebalancing.

* Research & Reports: Conduct product and fund research, prepare illustrations, and assist with investment strategy reviews.

* Client Support: Deliver excellent service, liaising with clients, providers, and platforms to progress cases efficiently.

* Compliance: Maintain records to FCA standards, ensuring all work meets internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

* Experience as a Pension Administrator or Investment Administrator within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Platform environment.

* Strong knowledge of SIPP, ISA, GIA, and drawdown products.

* Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/back-office systems.

* Working toward or holding Level 4 (DipPFS or equivalent) desirable.
