Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

Develop detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver practical, buildable solutions.

Conduct site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure designs align with regulations and intent.

Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams to overcome technical challenges and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Qualifications for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

A degree or HND in Architectural Technology (or a related field).

Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with solid BIM workflow experience.

In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.

Exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication and drawing skills.
