Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £500 per day (via Umbrella Company)
Contract Length: 6 Months

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. You'll be accountable for one or more small to medium-sized projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope. This role involves planning, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage project delivery using appropriate methodologies.
Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee resource allocation and cost management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project processes.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in project management within financial services or similar environments.
Strong planning, organizing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complexity and deliver results under pressure.
Experience coordinating teams and managing suppliers.
Familiarity with risk and issue management, change control, and reporting.
