Salary: £40,990 - £43,402 pert annum

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineering Lecturer:
As an Engineering Lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to apprentices and adult learners. This role is primarily classroom-based, guiding learners through topics such as:

Mechanical principles & engineering maths.
Engineering science & design.
Fluid mechanics & CAD.
Health & safety and lean manufacturing.
Professional engineering management.
Production engineering.
Quality and process improvements.
Supervising level 3 & 4 engineering projects and level 5 research projects.
Skills and Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineering Lecturer:

A degree in engineering or a related field.
Significant industry experience.
Strong technical and IT skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for teaching and developing others.
Teaching experience is not required as full training and support will be provided.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
All successful candidates must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
