Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a variety of repair, maintenance and installation tasks across residential properties. You will be a competent tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines including plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting and general property upkeep. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, efficiently and safely, delivering high-quality standards.
This is a remote position and you will be joining our Affordable Housing team travelling between the Wembley and Canary Wharf areas of London. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm and a company van is provided.

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities:
* Plumbing: Fixing leaks, replacing taps, unclogging drains
* Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, installing sockets, troubleshooting electrical issues
* Carpentry: Repairing doors, installing shelves, building furniture
* Painting and Decorating: Painting walls, patching holes, wallpapering
* General Maintenance: Fixing locks, repairing fences, assembling flat-pack furniture
* Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
* Identify and report the need for major repairs.
* Respond to client maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson, competent in plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting and general property maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects
* Basic IT/computer skills for completing records and reports
* Relevant qualifications in plumbing or electrical work are highly desirable
