I'm working with United Learning to find a permanent IT Graduate for Albion Academy in Salford. You'll be part of a small, friendly on-site team supporting staff and students with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
No previous school or IT support experience needed-just a relevant degree, a passion for tech, and great people skills.
Important:
£24,000+ salary
37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri (8:00-16:00, with some flexibility)

First-line IT support for staff and students
Diagnosing and fixing hardware/software issues
Supporting devices, classroom AV, and network systems
Assisting with system updates, backups, and security
Escalating more complex issues when neededTo apply you'll need:
A recent IT degree (UK university)
GCSEs in English and Maths
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident using:
Windows 11
Microsoft Office and 365 (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Basic networking (e.g. printers, user accounts)
AV equipment in classrooms
Friendly, organised, and a good team player
Keen to keep learning and improving
A commitment to safeguarding and data security
