Description

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Lead testing efforts across multiple projects within the technology department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in testing processes.
Implement test automation strategies to optimise testing efficiency and coverage.
Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality assurance.
Continuously review and improve testing frameworks and methodologies.Profile
