Role:
Editing all failed and repaired address issues sent over from our customer service.
Collating data, for all completed and failed deliveries, and investigating deliveries where necessary alongside our customer service team.
Updating our on-demand delivery system with correct information for all 2nd and 3rd delay attempts to ensure our planning team as correct information.
Check and action all Cancellation and amendments sent across from our Customer Service Team which relate to home delivery orders.
Exporting Routes from our On-demand system to provide to Customer Service and the Warehouse, with all correct note which have been passed over from our planning team.
Compile all un-routed data to forward over to the planning team so they can make further adjustments to routes required.
Manually adding incoming orders to our on-demand system with all correct information.
Update Customer Service with any alteration made to routes in the review period.
Printing delivery labels with thermal printer direct from our On-demand system.
Compiling Picklists and Driver Notes for the Warehouse.
Batch processing orders on Warehouse management system.
V-lookup checks against processed and open orders, investigating and actioning any order which flag on this check
