We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, making this a great fit for those who value flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful work.
In this role, you will benefit from enrolment in our career average local government pension scheme, a generous annual leave entitlement which starts at 25 days plus bank holidays and increases with service, a whole host of family-friendly benefits, 1 days’ paid volunteering leave per year, access to a lifestyle benefits platform, a health cashback plan, provision of a works vehicle, and £10 a month gym membership at one of our four gyms in the district.
What will you do as part of the Maintenance Plumber role?

* Carry out other repairs and maintenance works in line with your skills and expertise
* Provide a high level of customer service to our tenants
* Work effectively with the aim of completing works on a ‘right first time’ basis
* Ensure safe working practices are always followed
* Ensure accurate records are maintained
* Work closely with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to deliver to a consistently high standard

* Have experience of installation and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties.
* Hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, certificate in Plumbing.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
