About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Artworker / Multi-Skilled Operator to deliver high-quality artwork, reprographics, and retouching services. You’ll work as part of a multifunctional studio team, creating technically accurate, print-ready artwork and supporting production across multiple areas to ensure seamless delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and amend artwork in line with studio SOPs and client specifications.

* Deliver print-ready files that meet brand and technical standards.

* Use automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

* Support the Production Team Leader in meeting deadlines and client needs.

* Collaborate across departments to maintain workflow and quality during busy periods.

* Uphold high production standards—Right First Time (RFT) and On Time In Full (OTIF).

* Actively contribute to studio process improvements and training initiatives.

* Ensure all work aligns with health and safety, quality, and company standards.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

You’ll bring:

* Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

* 5+ years’ experience in a studio or print production environment.

* A keen eye for detail, layout, and composition.

* Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.

* A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
