IT Field Technician – Liverpool, North West
Location: Covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford
Salary: £26-31k plus excellent benefits
Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
 
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Field Technician to join this growing IT Services team, delivering responsive on-site support across multiple Education Trusts / academies in the North of England.
 
Key Responsibilities for this Field Engineer role:

Provide on-site IT support, including hardware troubleshooting, device imaging, and software triage
Resolve network and connectivity issues, and support classroom technology
Manage and update the IT asset register across multiple locations
Assist with device refresh projects and software installations
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold service standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support IT operations and improvement initiatives 
Core experience for this IT Field Engineer role

Proven experience in IT support, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage workload across multiple sites
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle 
Desirable Qualifications:
 
ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
