Install & Project Lead – Wembley £35,000 - £45,000

Siamo Recruitment are delighted to be seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Install & Project Lead to oversee all technical, logistical, and operational aspects of projects for our client. This pivotal role requires an individual who is exceptionally organised, proactive, and driven to find solutions.

What you'll be doing: 

Reporting to the Venue Manager 
Perform thorough site surveys in advance of each project
Communicate directly with clients to comprehend their needs and resolve challenges
Develop project timelines, determine labour needs, and manage logistics
Collaborate on event-specific requirements and track progress
Provide support for on-site installations as necessary
Conduct audits and quality assurance checks
Utilise ERP system to manage workflows, inventory, and scheduling in conjunction with the Venue ManagerWhat We’re Looking For:

Reside in London, preferably near Wembley
Proven ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with venue operations and technical installations
Creative and practical mindset to propose branding and graphics solutions
Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at juggling multiple projects
Availability to work weekendsWhats on Offer:
