Electrical Project Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a long-established and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Kent.

Renowned for delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, leisure, education, healthcare, industrial, and office fit-outs, the company provide complete M&E services from concept design through to final commissioning.

Project values typically range from £100k to £5m, and the business continues to thrive, driven by repeat clients and a healthy pipeline of prestigious projects.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical projects assigned to you, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the electrical elements of projects from start to finish

* Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

* Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager, or similar role within the building services sector

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level)
