Marble Talent are currently looking for a Technician/MOT Tester in the Southampton area!

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out MOTs, servicing, and repairs.

* Ensuring all work meets company and manufacturer standard.

* Completing relevant paperwork for MOTs, services, and warranties.

* Spotting and reporting any extra work needed for safety or legal reasons.

* Follow all company policies and health & safety rules.

Personal Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

* Proven experience as a car mechanic or vehicle technician

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and organisational skills

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per year.

+ Uncapped Productivity Bonus with OTE earnings of £42,000.00 per annum
