S&D Trade Recruitment Limited are one of the UK’s leading construction recruitment agencies based in Bolton, Manchester.

We are looking to make significant investment to build our team and we are currently looking to take on Recruitment Consultants.

Hours of work are between 0830 – 1730 with 1 hour lunch.

We offer 20 days holiday per year + bank holidays + a day off on your birthday.

Salary £(phone number removed) - £27,000 per p/a + uncapped commission.

Progression available to Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team leader.

Commission up to 25% of earnings.

Yearly pay reviews based on performance and core value contributions.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Business development activities with prospective and existing clients

* Sourcing candidates via online job boards, social media and S&D Trade Recruitment’s candidate database.

* Registering and interviewing candidates.

* Working on recruitment projects; identifying candidates that meet client requirements.

* Building relationships with candidates and developing a pool of available workers.

* Ensuring full compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.

* General administration duties.

* Assisting with trainee recruitment consultants’ development.
