Clearfield Recruitment are working in partnership with a prestigious client based in Central London a highly regarded residential architectural, build and interiors practice delivering exceptional high-end home renovations.

With a dedicated in-house team of RIBA architects, interior designers, and artisan builders, they offer a full turnkey service from concept through to completion. As project demand increases, they are now looking to engage a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support their team on a part-time basis.

The Role:
Working two days per week, you will support the commercial team with:

Producing accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets

Quantifying materials and analysing costs

Procuring materials and subcontractor packages

Providing commercial support to the project delivery team

Representing the business in a client-facing capacity

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential construction

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost planning and procurement

Professional, well-presented, and comfortable in a client-facing role

Available to start ASAP and commit to 2 days per week
