I'm looking to hire an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for my client. We’re looking for a strong, practical engineer to join a long-established, family-owned manufacturing business in Wakefield, West Yorkshire with a global presence and a reputation for quality.

Repsonsibilities include:

* Maintain and repair electrical systems, including three-phase distribution, motors, control panels and PLCs.

* Troubleshoot faults and follow schematics to get equipment back online safely and efficiently.

* Support mechanical maintenance when needed to keep production running smoothly.

* Take ownership of your work, solving problems and improving system reliability.

Requirements include:

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.

* 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification.

* Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, and industrial electrical systems.

* Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.

* Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking under pressure, and a safety-first mindset.
