Enjoy a permanent role from day one working across tenanted social housing properties and refurbishing void properties throughout the West Midlands. This Plasterer position offers long-term stability, a company van and fuel card from day one, and one of the best progression structures we’ve seen within the sector.

You’ll be working with a well-established organisation delivering essential refurbishment and maintenance services within social housing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard for tenants, using your plastering expertise across a variety of projects.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plasterer, Multi Trade Plasterer, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar social housing refurbishment role.

As a Plasterer you will be:

Entering tenanted and void social housing properties to carry out refurbishments
Completing all aspects of plastering
Boarding and skimming
Working on full walls and ceilings
Delivering high-quality finishes in occupied and empty propertiesI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience working within social housing
A Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be provided from day one)The role is offering the following benefits:
