Branch Manager – Homecare / Complex Care
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 – £45,500

We are recruiting on behalf of an established, quality homecare / complex care provider in Greater Manchester, for an experienced Branch Manager to lead established homecare and complex care services in the Rochdale area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader who understands compliance, growth, and delivering outstanding care. You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality care delivery.

The Branch Manager Role:

Overall management of the branch and care services
CQC compliance and Registration (where applicable)
Leading, developing, and motivating the team
Managing budgets, occupancy, and growth
Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholdersThe ideal Branch Manager candidate:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within homecare
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Confident leader with excellent people management skills
Commercially aware with a quality-driven approach
Nurse qualification desirableThe Branch Manager package:

Salary £40,000 – £45,500
Additional £1,000 for nurse-qualified candidates
