Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
Solid knowledge of CQC standards and current care legislation
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Commercially aware, with experience in both private and commissioned care services
