Team Manager - Children's Services | Bicester, Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Family Solutions Plus service in Bicester. This is a key leadership role managing a social care team to deliver high-quality assessments, timely interventions, and effective safeguarding for children and families.

Key Details:

Location: Bicester Children & Family Centre, OX26 6DJ
Hours: 37 per week | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Salary: £55,783 - £59,010 per annum (Grade 15)What You'll Do:

Manage and support a team delivering Oxfordshire's Family Safeguarding Plus model
Ensure statutory duties are met and children's plans progress on time
Provide strong leadership, supervision, and quality assurance
Drive service improvement and partnership working across agenciesAbout You:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Proven leadership experience in children's social care
Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
