Litigation Secretary Temporary
Fixed Term – 2 months
* At least 2 year’s audio typing (we use big hand dictation services)
* Experience of preparing court documents and hearing bundles
* Confident taking phone calls and initial enquiry information
* Ideally litigation experience
Due to progression, our client is seeking Legal Secretary`s for the Litigation department.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Legal Secretary - Litigation:
* Completion of fast and accurate audio typing.
* Preparing and dealing with confidential documents and correspondence
* Ensure all information is correctly stored.
* Supporting clients with enquiries, this can be telephone, email and occasionally in person.
* Setting up case files, filing and archiving.
* Making appointments, arranging meetings, and managing multiple diaries.
* Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Experience Required for a Legal Secretary - Litigation:
* Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role – Essential
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS office and IT skills
* Ability to produce a high volume of work
* Focused with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Fully computer literate
* Outstanding customer service skills
