We are working with well-established regional civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure and groundworks projects across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career — with a clear pathway to Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations on civil engineering projects

* Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards

* Producing and managing short-term programmes

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities

* Managing project documentation and reporting progress to senior management

* Controlling costs and assisting with valuations and variations

What they are looking for;

* A degree (or HNC/HND with progression) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

* Strong technical understanding of civil engineering principles

* Experience operating at Site Agent or academically grounded Site Manager level

* Confidence managing engineers and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Experience working on civils projects like earthworks, groundworks, drainage, etc.
