What You’ll Work On

A diverse, exciting mix across commercial + private residential sectors:

* CAT A & CAT B fit-outs + refurbishments

* Commercial & residential development projects

* Industrial schemes

* Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)

* Party Wall & neighbourly matters

* Defects diagnosis + general building surveying

* Projects across London, Kent + wider UK as needed

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves:

* Strong technical knowledge across core BS services

* Solid experience in dilaps, party wall, contract admin & building pathology

* Commercially switched-on and client-facing with great communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

* MRICS

* Project coordination/PM experience

* Drive to win new work and build client relationships

* Ambition to lead, mentor and grow with the business

What’s on Offer

* £60,000–£80,000+ DOE
