Role: Airtable Support Engineer (Contract)
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months (inside IR35)
Day Rate: £500/day

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Airtable Support Engineer to join a high-performing tech team within a major Media & Entertainment environment. This role focuses on optimising and maintaining Airtable-based solutions that help business teams streamline workflows, visualise data, and automate reporting.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and enhance Airtable bases, dashboards, and automations.

*

Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests related to Airtable.

*

Integrate Airtable with other software platforms.

*

Build and optimise interfaces and data synchronisations across different bases.

*

Troubleshoot API, automation, and integration issues.

*

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

*

5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years working with Airtable.

*

Strong knowledge of Airtable workflows, formulas, automations, and data linking.

*

Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages.

*

Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills.

*

Background in data integration, data quality, and reporting automation.

*

Familiarity with CI/CD, and best practices for scalable Airtable setups.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

*

Experience with Unix shell scripting or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau).

*

Familiarity with SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Airtable API integrations.

*

Strong stakeholder management and estimation capabilities.
