Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing client in Montrose for a Facilities Coordinator. This is a full-time role running until June 2026, offering a competitive hourly rate of £17.50.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and handling calls
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with external contractors
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of facilities operations
Support health & safety and compliance proceduresRequirements:

Previous experience in facilities coordination or office support
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
