**About the Role**

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure each child has equal access to the curriculum. You will support them in achieving the best of their ability through approaching tasks with a creative outlook.

**Key Responsibilities**

Work alongside teachers to create additional learning materials
Cultivate a supportive and safe classroom atmosphere
Provide personalised support to students on an individual basis
Aid in implementing behaviour management strategies

**Qualifications and Skills**

Prior experience with children is preferred
