What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor role:

Take on a wide variety of commercial property mandates

Advise clients at every stage of the commercial property lifecycle – from initial planning to execution

Undertake marketing and networking with existing and new contacts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (2 + years PQE)

Personable with strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively to solve problems

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience for this permanent role.
