Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy, aligned with Crown's global procurement framework and business objectives
Manage all categories of indirect spend
Drive cost optimisation and value creation via category strategies, supplier consolidation, sourcing, contract renegotiation, and process improvement
Ensure robust supplier risk management and compliance by vetting suppliers, managing performance, ensuring contract governance, ethical & sustainability standards
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, anticipate demand, support business growth while managing indirect spend discipline
Support change management, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver high impact in an FMCG environmentWhat We're Looking For

Significant experience in procurement, with a proportion spent in indirect
Demonstrable savings achievement and value creation in indirect categories
Strong category management expertise across multiple indirect categories
Excellent contract negotiation, supplier management, risk management and financial acumen
Relevant degree or equivalent in business/supply-chain/procurement
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
