Senior Quantity Surveyor

Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)

A well-established residential developer with a strong Yorkshire presence is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of new build and regeneration housing projects across the region.

This is a key commercial appointment, offering autonomy, stability and the opportunity to play a central role in the commercial management of live schemes.

The role:

Full commercial management of residential and social housing developments across Yorkshire

Procurement and management of subcontract packages

Valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts

Working closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performance

Managing risk and ensuring strong financial control across projects

About you:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Project QS ready to step up

Background in residential and/or social housing projects

Comfortable running projects independently from start to finish

Strong commercial awareness with a practical, delivery-focused mindset

Yorkshire-based or happy to work across the region
