We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner / Recruiter to join a busy People & Talent function on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

What you'll be doing

Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles
Running intake meetings, shortlisting, interviewing and coordinating processes
Proactive sourcing across multiple channels
Building strong relationships with hiring managers
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
Updating trackers and recruitment metrics
Supporting small Talent Acquisition projects where neededWhat you'll need

Strong operational recruitment experience
Confident stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple roles at pace
Excellent communication & organisation
Experience with ATS and recruitment tech
