I am looking for a Site Manager to join a Housing Association contract in the Gloucestershire area. The Site Manager will be responsible for multiple retrofit projects across the region and supervision of the team on site. This is a 3 month contract. 

Site Manager duties: 

Managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the client's specifications
Leading a team of supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining excellent standards
Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the client and project team.
Drive progress to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
What is required for the Site Managers position: 
SMSTS
First Aid 
Experience on retrofit/ planned projects 
Social housing experience
