Based in Edwinstowe with hybrid working, you’ll have the freedom to plan your week, meet clients and build your pipeline your way, while being supported by an experienced and friendly team. You will focus on generating new opportunities and building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify and approach new business leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Prepare and support tender responses
Work with the marketing team on outreach and campaigns
Track activity and sales pipelines using Salesforce and other CRM tools
Attend industry events and meetings to promote our services
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who is organised, confident and motivated by results.

Experience in business development or sales
Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to manage several priorities at once
Self-starter who enjoys meeting new people
Commercial awareness and good judgement
