Description

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Support 3 direct reports in the team
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
Support the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors.Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
Proven experience within the accounting and finance sector.
