We are looking for a talented and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us optimize our business processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of D365 BC to meet the specific needs of our e-commerce operations.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using D365 BC.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 BC.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
