A multi million pound turnover M&E contractor enjoying continued success seek the solid appointment of a talented and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their highly stable and reputable organisation.
Based out of their Edinburgh offices, this award winning contractor covers multiple schemes from high end residential through to commercial and industrial based projects.
Candidates highly sought after are those ideally from an M&E / Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services or HVAC background.
You will be a competent Mechanical Design Engineer capable of producing heating/cooling (thermal modelling) and ventilation load calculations using industry software sizing and selection of AHUs, FCUs, extract fans, pumps, chillers, ASHP, boilers, plate heat exchangers etc.
Candidates sought will have experience producing above ground drainage calculations and sizing of drainage systems.
Working knowledge of design software such as Hevacomp, Carrier HAP, CyMap, IES/TAS is highly desirable.
