What We're Looking For:

A warm, patient, and proactive individual with a passion for supporting children with autism and additional needs.

Experience in an SEN setting is desirable, but not essential-what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

A team player who shares our values of empathy, commitment, and respect.

Someone who embraces our belief that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils both in the classroom and during activities, tailored to their individual learning plans.

Assisting with personal development and social interaction in a nurturing environment.

Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to help each child succeed.

Promoting independence and self-confidence in every child you work with.
