Year 5 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Blackley (March Start)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to support a friendly, inclusive primary school in Blackley that is looking for a committed and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join their team from March. This is a full-time position, working 8:30am – 3:30pm, with the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on pupils during an important stage of their learning.

Your Role

As the Year 5 class teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
Track and assess progress, offering feedback that supports growth and confidence
Build a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels seen and supported
Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practice
Engage in ongoing professional development to further strengthen your teaching
What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Year 5 or working within Key Stage 2
Strong behaviour management and excellent classroom organisation
The ability to differentiate learning to meet a wide range of needs
A solid understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching approaches
A collaborative, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Confidence using technology to enhance learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
