Stores Person (x2)
Location: Titchfield
Contract: Until December 2026

We are currently recruiting two Stores Persons to join an innovative aerospace manufacturer in Titchfield. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business as it prepares to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility.

The Role

You will support production by ensuring accurate and efficient control of materials and stock. The role involves booking in, kitting, and stock counting while maintaining full traceability and data integrity within the stores operation.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all stores activities including goods receiving, kitting, and perpetual inventory (PI) counts within OE and Aftermarket stores

Work closely with internal customers to meet production and operational requirements

Support ongoing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in all working areas

Move stock and components between departments and warehouse locations

Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed

Experience & Skills Required

Computer literate with experience using Excel, Word, and MRP/ERP systems

Previous stores or warehouse experience is desirable

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and documentation

Hours (37 per week)

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm

Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am

Pay Rates (PAYE - + 33 days paid holiday)

Core Hours: £14.88 per hour, increasing to £15.34

Overtime: £22.32 per hour, increasing to £23.01

Sundays: £29.77 per hour, increasing to £30.68

Eligibility Requirements

Must have the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship

Must be eligible to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
