Your Role Will Involve:

Collaborating with experienced teaching staff in primary or specialist schools across High Wycombe
Providing tailored support to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Supporting learning and development in one-on-one and small group settings
Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and confidence
Developing hands-on experience in inclusive, student-focused teaching approaches

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Holds a degree in any discipline and is motivated by impact, not just income
Brings empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Has experience working with children or young people - or feels naturally suited to it
Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to learn
Doesn't need formal teaching qualifications - just dedication and heart
