Electrical Maintenance Technician
Days - Every Other Saturday | £45,760

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across high-volume production and packaging lines. The role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and occasional mechanical work to ensure smooth operation of all plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair electrical and plant equipment, including packing lines and site utilities.

Perform PPMs, fault-finding, and reactive maintenance safely and efficiently.

Support production teams to minimise downtime and improve line performance.

Record all maintenance activity using the site CMMS.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Assist with contractors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Time-served apprenticeship and Level 3 qualification in Electrical Maintenance.

Strong electrical fault-finding skills with good mechanical aptitude.

Experience in a fast-paced production or food environment preferred.

Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.

Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
