Our client, a well established contractor within the restoration sector, are seeking an experieced Bueyr / Office Admin to join tehir team on a permanent basis.
Job Role/Main Responsibilities:
* Working hours: Monday to Friday (Negotiable – minimum 40 Hours week).
* Answering office phone – Sorting received post - General Day to Day Enquiries.
* Ordering materials for Site - Raising Purchase orders on Eque2 and chasing delivery of materials.
* Matching statements on Eque2 – arranging invoices for Payment.
* Managing Skip Exchanges and Plant Hire.
* General office duties – Ensuring Form packs are filled – Ensuring Printer has ink – ordering Stationary.
* Arranging Van servicing and Mot’s (Inc Checking Van Check sheets filled in by Site Operatives).
* Manage new start packs for Operatives – Booking Training Courses – Arranging CSCS cards.
* Manage Training matrix and ensure operatives training up to date.
* Update Chas/Smas/Construction line (Annually).
* General Housekeeping in the office (Shared responsibility with rest of office).
Essential:
* Industry related experience
* Exepreince oredring cost effective materials fro relevant suppliers
* Experience in Eque2
* Ability to use Microsoft Word – Excel – Outlook – Planner
* Confident on the phone
* Confident delegating and managing tasks through to finish
