Job Title: CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer

Salary: £37-45k

NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Thursday (7-5)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer to join a dynamic and growing precision engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established company specialising in the production of high-quality components across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Set, operate and program CNC machines (Sliding/fixed head machinery) to produce precision components.

Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.

Adjust machine settings to optimise production and ensure quality standards.

Conduct quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving on the shop floor.

Basic Machine maitnenanceRequirements:

Proven experience in a CNC Operator/Setter/Programmer role (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar controls).

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining principles.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
