Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional help.
This role could include supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
Help to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
Experience working with young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
