The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in positioning this established consultancy as a market leader, generating high-quality leads, and supporting business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the company's strategic priorities
Create compelling marketing propositions that differentiate the business across core sectors
Drive targeted brand awareness and demand generation initiatives that support lead generation and sales pipeline growth
Leverage digital, content, events, sponsorships, PR, and traditional marketing channels to maximise impactBrand & Messaging

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, reinforcing the company's values of quality, ingenuity, aspiration, and partnership
Develop key messaging and positioning strategies that enhance reputation and visibility
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across service lines and sectorsContent & Digital Marketing

Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and digital assets
Manage digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including website content, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Enhance the company's social media presence, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to engage key audiencesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Develop account-based marketing (ABM) approaches to support targeted client acquisition
Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising campaigns to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
Develop and implement toolkits for client facing teamsSkills & Experience Required

Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, consultancy, or the built environment sector
Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing propositions
Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation tactics
Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners
Data-driven mindset, with experience in measuring and optimising marketing performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
