Morson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading national business, headquartered in York, to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you will:

Provide expert advice on HR, ER and policy matters.

Manage employee relations cases with fairness and efficiency.

Coach and support managers on recruitment, performance and HR best practice.

Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate records.

Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.

Partner with managers on organisational design and succession planning.

Deliver training, workshops and initiatives to build capability.

Support change management and embed new ways of working.

Contribute to HR projects and delivery of the People Plan.

About You

Minimum 1 year’s experience as a HR Advisor (or similar role).

Strong knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.

Experience in a fast-paced HR function.

Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The Benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Full-time (37.5 hours, 9–5) or part-time options available
